We offer the rental of four guest rooms suitable for 2 to 5 people each. These rooms feature large beds, separate shower rooms, and WCs. Additionally, we have a charming 24 m2 chalet with a double bed, a separate shower room, a WC, and a separate terrace. Our property is located in Florensac, just 6 km from Marseillan and Agde.During your stay, you will have access to various amenities such as a fridge, a microwave, a plancha, and a coffee maker. We also provide an outdoor terrace and a common room for meals and breakfast. For your convenience, we offer indoor parking on the property, as well as WiFi and a TV. The rooms have their own independent entrance and feature reversible air conditioning.
Our premises also include a secure swimming pool and a fenced garden spanning 1000 m2. We gladly welcome dogs on our property. The rate for one night is 85 euros, and subsequent nights are priced at 70 euros. The price includes bed sheets, towels, and breakfast. Additionally, the tourist tax is already included in the price.
For reservations lasting less than 6 days, no deposit is required. You can simply pay for the stay on the day of arrival. We also offer the option to pay 30% of the price of the stay using holiday vouchers.
