GARDEN: Your own exclusive garden, shaded by a mulberry tree and a "platane", is equipped with a table, garden chairs, sun loungers, and hammocks. The refreshing basin, inhabited by vibrant red fish, adds to the tranquil atmosphere.

OUTSIDE: Indulge in relaxation and leisure at the swimming pool, featuring a reverse stream swimming option and hydro-jet facility. The fully furnished pool house is sure to entice you, while the blooming pergola adds to the charm. Please note that the swimming pool and pool house are shared with other guests.

LIVING-ROOM: The spacious living room and dining area (with a table large enough for six people) spans 24 square yards and boasts a large picture window that opens onto a 50 square yards garden and terrace. The couch can be converted into two pullout beds, each accommodating one person. The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove with four hotplates, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, multi-purpose kitchen-aid, and electric coffee-maker.
