"Le Gîte des Chênes" at LAUZANAC is a separate and exclusive accommodation located beside our main house. It offers complete privacy and independence, boasting stunning views of the valley and oak woods. Recently renovated, the gîte features brand new furnishings and amenities.

The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan living room and dining area, complete with a grand fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, complimentary broadband Internet access, satellite TV, and informative materials about the surrounding area are provided.

Access to the first floor is via a beautiful wrought iron staircase, crafted on-site. Here, you will find three double bedrooms, each furnished with a writing desk and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom offers a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Adjoining these bedrooms is a cozy television room that can be separated by curtains, and it also features a double sofa bed.

The entire house benefits from central heating, and the large open plan living/dining area is further enhanced by the presence of a magnificent fireplace.

Outside, there are two private gardens on different levels. Adjacent to the kitchen area, a covered terrace awaits, complete with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture. The second garden features a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, accompanied by a shaded poolhouse and shower. For the safety of children, the pool is terraced and secured.

The owners are open to considering pets, and naturally, children are more than welcome.
