- The living area consists of a table, 4 chairs, a transformable bench (can be used as either a large bed or 2 small beds), and a TV.

- The bedroom features a 140-sized bed, 2 bedside tables, and a wall cupboard closet.

- The bathroom is equipped with a 170-sized bathtub, a wash-hand basin, a toilet, a toilet cupboard with a razor holder, and a hairdryer.

Our individual villas have a large garden and an additional room compared to the maisonnettes B and C. You will also enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned and heated house, along with a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, a furniture set with 2 basins and a hairdryer, and a panoramic mirror.

*Terraces:* The terraces feature a garden living room with a table and armchairs, a barbecue, and sun loungers.

*Property:* The property spans 3 hectares of wooded land, including cane-apple bushes, myrtles, holm oaks, and olive trees.

*Reception:* Our reception area includes a caretaker's apartment, offices, a linen service, a laundry facility, a sharpening corner, and internet access.
