Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a fully renovated house, perfect for gatherings in France with 2 or 3 families or groups of friends.In addition to its comfortable, well-decorated, and functional interior, the house offers tranquility and serenity in its spacious 700 m2 garden. Guests can also enjoy a private and secure swimming pool, complete with parasols and deckchairs.
Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is conveniently situated just 400 m away from various shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and two doctors' offices. Additionally, a 33-hectare leisure lake is only 2 km away.
The Gite can accommodate up to 12 people, boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms (each equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink). The house also features a spacious dining room with seating for 14 people, a cozy living room with a wood burner, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob.
From the kitchen and dining room, guests can access the patio, which offers two tables and eight chairs. Additionally, a large shaded table for up to 15 people, accompanied by 18 chairs, is located in the lower part of the patio under a canopy.
The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a separate paddling pool for children. For added safety, the pool is fully enclosed and features alarms on the edges to detect any accidental falls.
The 700m2 garden provides a secure environment for children to play, as the entire area is fenced.

To reach your destination, you have two options. If you prefer traveling by plane, you can take a flight to International Airport Limges Bellegarde, which is located 30 miles away. Alternatively, you can choose to drive using the A20 highway. Take exit 33 towards Périgueux and continue in the direction of Aixe sur Vienne.
