Originally a part of the estate belonging to La Rue's manor, this 18th-century farm and its buildings offer a serene and untouched environment. There are convenient options for obtaining fresh bread, with deliveries to La Rue three times a week or the option to visit the boulangerie in Roz-sur-Couesnon, just a mile away. Roz-sur-Couesnon also provides a boucherie and a small grocery shop for any additional needs.
Surrounded by two acres of gardens and grounds, "La Ferme de la Baie" consists of three stone cottages - Le Fenil for 8 people, Romarin for 4 people, and Abricot for 4 people - all facing south and each having its own enclosed garden area. Additionally, the main farmhouse offers Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
