Description for B&B:
This holiday destination is perfectly situated between Gaillac and Cordes, allowing for easy exploration of the charming Bastide towns and picturesque villages of the Tarn region. Located near the historic town of Albi, with its stunning cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec museum, it also offers access to the delectable food and wine of Gaillac.Catherine and Guillaume were captivated by this idyllic spot, a 15th century stone house perched on a hillside, providing breathtaking views of the Bastide town of Castelnau de Montmiral. With 5 hectares of land and a large pool, this property was believed to have once served as a resting place for pilgrims on the route to St Jacques de Compostelle.
Our goal is to provide a hospitable and relaxing environment, making it an ideal getaway for both couples and families. We offer 4 very comfortable ensuite rooms, accompanied by a spacious pool and 5 hectares of land. Our B&B rooms have been listed as grade 4 gites de France country house, guaranteeing their quality.
We also provide the option for guests to enjoy evening meals at our "table d'hotes". For those seeking a more independent holiday experience, we can arrange a self-catering gite, complete with ensuite rooms, a kitchenette/sitting room, and a terrace. This allows you to prepare and enjoy meals at your own convenience.
Additionally, we have a communal lounge called "La Case Créole" exclusively for our B&B guests. Here, you can relax, socialize with others, and discover information about the surrounding region.
