Description:

Description for B&B:

This charming cottage was converted from a former stable and is completely separate from the neighboring mill. It is situated facing southwest, offering a spacious terrace perfect for soaking up the sun.

The cottage is nestled between a 15th century manor-house and the picturesque la Vaudelle trout stream. It is equipped with all the modern conveniences and amenities to ensure a delightful stay, including a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, washer and dryer. Enjoy year-round comfort with gas-fired underfloor heating and a cozy double-sided fireplace, which can be enjoyed from both the kitchen and the dining room.

To enhance your experience, we have constructed a bridge across the river, granting access to our "park" – a grand name for the two acres of land where we have planted approximately 600 trees. Take a leisurely stroll along the river and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

For those traveling from Great Britain, we are easily accessible by ferry. Both Caen and St Malo are less than 2 hours away. Alternatively, you can also take the tunnel.

If you are arriving at Roissy Charles de Gaulle, there are direct trains to Le Mans that will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you reach Le Mans, you can rent a car from the station. Additionally, you can check the Rennes or Tours airports for other travel options.
