Introducing the "Bo11" apartment:

This spacious apartment is filled with natural light and features balconies. It was completely renovated in December 2008 to ensure maximum comfort.

Located just a one-minute walk from Metro line 9, you will have direct access to famous Paris attractions such as the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Galeries Lafayette, and Nation (for connections to Euro Disneyland).

Within walking distance, you can easily reach Père Lachaise, Bastille Plaza, Le Marais, and the historical center of Paris. The apartment is also surrounded by various shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.

You will be enchanted by the atmosphere, beautiful furniture, and the abundance of natural light. The large windows overlook the Place Leon Blum and the 11th district's city hall. Situated on the second floor of an 18th-century building with an elevator, all windows are double glazed for safety and soundproofing.

Designed for leisure, "Bo11" can comfortably accommodate up to four people and includes:

- 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, and fireplace
- 1 living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, TV, CD player, and free Wi-Fi
- 1 dining room with a table, chairs, and a radio
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, and cookware
- 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bathroom can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom for added privacy.
- Separate toilet

Bed and bath linen will be provided. The entire house is heated, and the master bedroom is air-conditioned.

The 11th district is like a city within a city. It offers green spaces like Père Lachaise Park and Bercy Village, as well as the lively atmosphere of Arsenal Harbor.

You'll find plenty of restaurants, trendy bars, and a vibrant nightlife around Bastille Plaza, Lapp Street, La Roquette Street, Faubourg Saint Antoine, and Bastille Opera.

From the airport:

Taxi: A taxi ride will cost around 50 Euros and take between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Avoid traveling during peak hours between 6:30 am to 9:30 am, as the journey can last up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Bus: There are two bus companies operating from CDG:

1. "Roissybus": Get off at Opera and walk for 7 minutes to reach the Chaussée d'Antin, Lafayette Metro Station. Take Metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire.

2. "Air France bus (line 4)": Get off at Gare de Lyon. The metro station is located at the bus stop. Take Metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and get off at "Nation". Then, take Metro line 9 towards Pont de Sevres and get off at Metro Voltaire.

Train: From CDG, take RER B towards Robinson - St Remy les Chevreuses. Change at Gare du Nord and take Metro line 5 towards Porte d'Italie. Get off at "Oberkampf". Take Metro line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil and get off at Metro Voltaire. Exit at "Sortie 4, Rue Sedaine". The apartment is right in front of the Metro Station. The total journey will take approximately 45 minutes.

Please be mindful of your belongings while traveling on the metro and RER.
