Nestled in the picturesque Dordogne Valley, just a few miles from Sarlat and in close proximity to the enchanting villages of Domme, La Roque Gageac, and Beynac, lies the tranquil village of Montfort.Surrounded by the lush hills and a mere 200 yards from the historic Montfort castle, our charming country house awaits you, lovingly preserved to retain its original allure.
The recently renovated guestrooms, situated on the upper floors, offer breathtaking views of our sprawling walnut grove and the idyllic countryside beyond.
We offer four non-smoking guest rooms, three of which boast spacious European king size beds (160x200 cm), while one room features comfortable double single beds (90x200 cm). Each room comes with its own ensuite shower-room, ensuring utmost comfort during your stay. Two of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your convenience.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in our beautifully adorned wood-paneled dining room or on the terrace, where you can bask in the warmth of the sun. Our garden and sunny terrace provide the perfect setting to unwind and relax. We also offer private free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi access for our guests' convenience.

From Souillac by car: Head towards Sarlat and then take D703 towards "Vallée de la Dordogne". Once in Carsac, turn right towards Village de Montfort.
From Bergerac by car: Follow the Dordogne Valley towards Sarlat, then Beynac towards La Roque Gageac. Continue straight through the village and take a left towards Vitrac. At Vitrac Port, turn right towards Montfort and follow the dead end to the left of Castle Montfort.
From Sarlat by car: Follow directions to Cahors. At the traffic circle "sechoir a tabac-Leclerc", go towards Montfort. Once in the village of Montfort, take the first street on the right.
