We have five spacious rooms on the first floor, each ranging from 25 to 30m2. Guests can choose between a double bed or twin beds, with the beds already prepared for their convenience (100x200 in size). In each room, guests will find a private bathroom and WC, complete with fresh linen (including sheets, pillowcases, and towels), shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

Our guests will have the pleasure of enjoying the following amenities:

- An outdoor terrace spanning approximately 200m2, adorned with plane and linden trees. This shaded area is perfect for organizing meals and grilling, with a fireplace available for use.

- A swimming pool measuring 10 x 6m, accompanied by a pool-house. The pool is situated within the property and is surrounded by a fenced terrace spanning 300m2.

As music enthusiasts, we provide a special treat for musicians. We offer a half-tail piano by Erard, an upright piano made of walnut by Seiler, and a library filled with an extensive collection of sheet music, CDs, and DVDs.

Directions

To reach Maison BelCanto from Marseille Valence via the A49 motorway, take Exit 9 at Pont-en-Royans. Proceed to cross St Marcellin and enter St Hilaire du Rosier. Simply follow the signs that say "Maison BelCanto".

If you prefer to travel by train, the TGV train station of Saint-Hilaire - Saint-Nazaire is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the house. There is a train (TER) that goes from Grenoble St Hilaire (40 min) and Valence TGV (20 min) every hour.

For those arriving by plane, the Grenoble-Saint-Geoirs airport is only 35 km away from Maison BelCanto.
