This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is located on the first level of a building attached to the main rental house. It has its own separate entrance with outdoor steps. The apartment boasts a spacious 1x7 m balcony that overlooks a beautiful wooded park nearby. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor spaces on the grass with shade, complete with garden furniture, and have access to the banks of the Loire. The property provides ample parking space for 2 cars and there is also a possibility to store two bikes in a fully equipped workshop.

The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a hall. The kitchen is equipped with 4 induction cooking stations, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The living room features a TV with TNT and a DVD player. There is a Wi-Fi connection available for legal use only.

The bathroom includes a spacious shower cabin measuring 1x1m, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. For outdoor laundry drying, a mobile clothesline is provided.
