Located just 10 minutes from junction 23b on the A20 motorway, our family-run chambres d'hôtes is the perfect spot for a stopover between the ferry ports and the beautiful South coast of France or Spain. Avoid the hassle of navigating through a major city like Limoges by staying with us, and still have the convenience of reaching the city within just half an hour for any meetings or engagements.

We offer four spacious bedrooms for rent, each with access to our private pool. As a welcoming gesture, we provide complimentary drinks upon your arrival. Throughout your stay, enjoy free hot beverages in our dining room, which is also where we serve breakfast - a feature that sets us apart from other hotels in France.

Our accommodation includes two double rooms and two family rooms, accommodating up to four people each. You will also have access to a small lounge/dining room, as well as the main lounge and dining area equipped with Sky TV and a video player. We offer private parking in the rear of our property, surrounded by a large garden featuring a sun terrace with loungers and a BBQ area. To reach our location, take the exit at Junction 23b off the A20 highway and continue for approximately 17 kilometers. Once you reach Magnac Laval, proceed towards the traffic lights and make a left turn onto the D7 road. Drive for approximately 1 kilometer and you will find us on the left side.
