Located in Bar-sur-Seine, near all amenities and the southern entrance of the Champagne region, Azeca 1 and Azeca 2 are fully equipped studios, with Azeca 1 measuring 27m² and Azeca 2 measuring 37m². These studios are located on the floor of a beautifully renovated half-timbered house from the 16th century.Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will appreciate the functionality and modernity of these spaces. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available just 50m away (and at the base of the building).
We would be delighted to introduce you to our stunning region and its cultural and gastronomic treasures. You will have the opportunity to experience fascinating historical sites, such as the Templars in Avalleur, the abbey in Clairvaux, the beloved village of Renoir in Essoyes, Les Riceys, and the enchanting medieval city of Troyes.
For those who love hiking and mountain biking, the Regional Natural Park of the Orient Forest and the vineyards of the Côte des Bar are nearby. If you are passionate about swimming, canoeing, or fishing, the Seine River will captivate you.
