Located in the village of Affieux, our establishment is quite small but holds the prestigious title of "Village Remarquable" due to its ancient church and small Chateau. Enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings, with extensive views of the Vezere river valley to the West. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning!
Just a short distance away is the medieval town of Treignac, with its charming streets, cafe-bars, shops, and restaurants.
If you're looking to cool off and have some fun in the water, our local swimming lake, Lac de Bariousses, is only 6 kilometers from Le Cantou. It boasts a beach with lifeguards, boat rentals, an inflatable aqua-park, and excellent fishing opportunities. It's the perfect spot for a family outing.
Despite being relatively unknown in terms of tourism, the Correze region is home to breathtakingly beautiful countryside. There is a wide range of activities available for everyone, including well-marked walking and mountain bike trails, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sight-seeing, paragliding, historical villages, and so much more.

Directions
To reach our location, you can take either of two routes. If you are coming from Limoges Airport, it will take you just over an hour to drive south. Alternatively, if you are coming from Brive la Gaillard airport, it will take you approximately an hour to drive north.
The journey is quite straightforward. You can easily reach us by taking the A20 highway and exiting at the Masseret junction. From there, simply follow the signs towards Treignac. Once you're near Treignac, keep an eye out for signs pointing to Affieux.
