Welcome to our property where we offer a serene, comfortable, and inviting family suite spanning 75 m². This suite consists of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people.In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room features a cozy bed measuring 140 cm, along with an additional corner bed (90x180) perfect for accommodating a child under 12 years old.
There is a shared shower room and toilet for your convenience. The suite also includes a living room with a library, a dining area, and an office space. Step outside onto the 40 m² terrace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
You will have an independent entrance, granting you complete freedom of movement. For your safety, parking is available under the secure courtyard, which is fully enclosed.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in the family dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season and weather conditions.

Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled within a historic house that boasts over 100 years of history. Imbued with a delightful countryside spirit, this retreat offers a sense of calm, tranquility, and ease.We are proud to announce that our gîte has been awarded "3 stars in furnished tourism" by the esteemed Prefecture of Vienne, ensuring that your stay will be of the highest quality.
Spanning across 100 m², spread over two levels, our cottage is conveniently situated near the owners' residence and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area, spanning 36 m². Additionally, there is a convenient toilet on this level. The kitchen seamlessly opens up to a partially covered 30 m² terrace, which overlooks the beautiful garden. Here, you can also find a porch and slide, perfect for children to enjoy.
Moving upstairs, you will discover a generous 20 m² bedroom, furnished with a comfortable 160-sized bed. Adjacent to this, there is another bedroom spanning 21 m², equipped with a cozy 140-sized bed and two single beds. Completing this level is a shower room and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a second terrace, covering 30 m², offering a serene solarium overlooking the courtyard and garden, inviting you to unwind and relax.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, we provide a garage for your car and/or motorcycle, as well as a secure storage area for bicycles. The property is fully enclosed, offering you privacy and peace of mind.
