Nestled between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon, Rue de la Baie is a tranquil dead end that leads you to the beautiful Bay side and the Kercroc oyster farming yards.

Convenience is at your doorstep, with all necessary amenities within walking distance, including a supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, and bistro. Classified as a 4-star property (Furnished tourism classification), the villa is a separate building from the guest rooms, but situated on the same property.

The ground floor features a spacious living room of 50 square meters, a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
