Located in Creuse, in central France, it is situated just 60 km north of Limoges, the international capital of porcelain, and 80 km from Aubusson, the world capital of tapestry.The house features a garden level with an entrance, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with a toilet, and electric heating. Upstairs, accessible through an exterior staircase, you'll find a TV lounge. Additionally, the property offers a terrace, a garden with furniture, a barbecue, and a garage for your car.
Nature enthusiasts will delight in the numerous walking paths available nearby, with a stream just 150 m away and a forest only 200 m away. For those who enjoy fishing, there is a body of water just 2 km from the house. If you prefer indoor activities, there is an indoor swimming pool, a lake, tennis courts, and various shops all within 8 km.
