Gîte le Magnolia:Welcome to Gîte le Magnolia! This charming accommodation features three bedrooms upstairs, including two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed and one with two 90x200 beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The kitchen opens up to a dining area with a table for six people. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Enjoy the convenience of a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. The ground floor also includes a water area with a closed WC. Step outside onto the spacious terrace facing west, perfect for admiring stunning sunsets. The terrace is adorned with a beautiful dry garden and offers a dining area for six people, three deck chairs, and a BBQ. Privacy is ensured as there are no overlooked areas. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and spa, equipped with a retractable cover. Parking space is available. For your convenience, we also offer a customizable catering service.
