Description for Gite
The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge area with original stone flooring, a woodburner, and a TV/DVD for your entertainment. The kitchen/diner is separate and includes a table for four people, as well as a cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and toaster. All necessary cooking equipment, utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are provided.The sleeping accommodation and bathroom facilities are located on the upper level, accessible via stairs from the kitchen/diner. The double bedroom is impressively spacious and features original stone walls and exposed beams. It is more than capable of accommodating an extra bed or cot, while still providing ample space.
The shower room is bright and airy, boasting a stone wall and exposed beams. It includes a large shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and wc.
A utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also included as part of the Gite. Upon arrival, the owners provide a welcome basket, and depending on the season, fresh garden fruit and vegetables.
Outside, there is a sunny patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the beautifully stocked garden of the owners. It is an ideal spot for relaxation or enjoying an aperitif before dinner. Additionally, sun loungers and a barbecue are provided for your convenience. Please note that this property is non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the house, you can follow the D940 road from either Gueret or La Chatre. Once you reach Le Poteau, look out for the signposted D15 road towards Genouillac Gare. After driving for about 1km, make a left turn towards Les Mousseaux. The house will be located on the left side at the end of the village.
