The property boasts a spacious garden, a meadow housing friendly animals, and an ancient orchard teeming with apple, pear, and nut trees. The Gite features a petite yet comfortable bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Additionally, the second Gite, located on the first floor, boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Directions
To reach St Germain de Confolens, follow the road from Bellac to Confolens until you come across a bridge over the Vienne river leading to St Radegond. Once you cross the bridge, take the first left onto the D71 road. After traveling for approximately 1.5 km, you will find us situated on the right side of the road.
