Experience the charm of a traditional Savoy old farm at our house (apartment) that can accommodate up to 5 people. Located in the picturesque village of Le Corbier, just a few minutes away from the beautiful city of Annecy and its famous lake (7 km).The house features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. It also includes all necessary dishes, kitchen utensils, a comfortable sofa, WIFI internet, and a television.
There are two bedrooms available: one with a cozy 140cm bed, en-suite bathroom, and separate toilet; and another bedroom with a 140cm bed and an additional 90cm bed, along with a shower, toilet, and internet access.
Enjoy the outdoor space with a terrace, barbecue, and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco. Private parking is available for your convenience.
The property is conveniently located with shops just 450m away and a bus stop only 80m away. Explore the nearby attractions with Annecy just 10 minutes away, Geneva 30 minutes away, Chambery and Lac du Bourget 40 minutes away, and Chamonix and Turin within a 2-hour drive.
At COTTAGE SAVOISIEN, you'll have access to various tourist circuits that can be easily explored by car, allowing you to discover the natural wonders and breathtaking landscapes of Savoy.
We welcome pets in the house (apartment), however, they are not allowed in the guest rooms.

Access: If you are coming from the A41 (Lyon-Geneva and Turin) Highway:
- If you are coming from CRUSEILLES, GENEVA, or TURIN, take the Annecy SOUTH exit and head towards SEYNOD. Stay in the right lane and do not take the Annecy exit. Once you pass BRESSIS church, take a right turn towards departmental road 16 leading to CHAVANOD.
- If you are coming from LYON or AIX-LES-BAINS, take either the ALBY / CHERAN-RUMILLY exit or Sortie15.1. Follow the 201 road towards Annecy and after passing Treige village, take a left turn onto the road leading to CHAVANOD Field of the FTA.
