The gite is conveniently located near the "body of water biotope," offering a range of exciting activities such as swimming with a stunning view of Mont Blanc, as well as access to a sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi.

During the winter season, guests can enjoy various Alpine skiing options, including cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, and snowboarding. Additionally, there are opportunities for sleigh rides, guided village tours, childcare services, and a free ski bus for easy transportation. The gite is situated at an altitude of 1000m in Combloux village center, with the ski slopes at 1930m. Guests can choose from different skiing packages, such as Combloux-Jaillet-The Giettaz with 90km of tracks, Evasion Mont Blanc with 300km of tracks, or Skipper Mont Blanc with an extensive 600km of tracks.

In the summer, guests can indulge in a variety of outdoor activities, including horse riding, climbing, hiking, fishing, tennis, and the possibility of spending a night in a mountain refuge. Mountain biking, archery, and petanque are also available, along with 4x4 hikes, yoga, gymnastics, ice school, paragliding, canyoning, rafting, hydro activities, and day or half-day bus trips for exploration.
