Welcome to our charming flat nestled under the rooftops of Paris, situated in the vibrant rue du Commerce area. Just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles, our cozy attic room awaits you.With its independent access, your romantic attic room spans over 20 sqm and features a comfortable double bed, complemented by a beautiful terra cotta floor. Additionally, you will have the luxury of a private bathroom equipped with a bath tub, shower, and a separate and secluded toilet.
For the convenience of our guests, the price for the room is 130€ per night, inclusive of breakfast, whether you are traveling alone or as a couple.

Our B&B is situated in the 15th arrondissement, which is the largest and most populous of the 20 districts in Paris. It is in the vicinity of Rue du Commerce, one of the busiest shopping streets in Paris. Our location is conveniently placed between the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, both within walking distance from our B&B.
From your room, you can easily reach the main landmarks of Paris in under 30 minutes. The Champs-Elysées, the Grands Magasins at Boulevard Haussmann, and Montmartre can be accessed by taking bus 80 or metro line 12 from Vaugirard station.
To visit Saint Germain des Près, the Quartier Latin, and Le Marais, you can take bus 70 or metro line 10 from Emile Zola station.
To reach the Louvre, the Grands Boulevards, and the Canal Saint Martin, you can take bus 39.
Lastly, to visit the Invalides, the Place de la Concorde, Madeleine, Opéra, and Bastille, you can take metro line 8 from Commerce station.
