This 90m² conditioned house features 3 bedrooms and is newly renovated, making it the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. The Bédinière, a traditional half-timbered house, has been open since December 2012 and is classified as a 3-ear accommodation. It is located in the beautiful region of Sologne, just 5km away from Chambord Park and in close proximity to other famous Loire castles such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are biking routes available (such as the Castles Cycling Tours and La Loire by bike) that allow you to explore the stunning Sologne region. Additionally, the cottage is conveniently located near Center Park and the natural beauty of Beauval Zoo in Mont-près-Chambord.

Situated on a spacious plot of land, the cottage is only 700m away from a typical Solognot town. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (possibly 8) with its 3 independent rooms that feature large beds.

The ground floor of the cottage consists of a dining room with a farmhouse table, a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, and characteristic Sologne beams and oak staircase. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, and fridge-freezer. There is also a bathroom with 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower, as well as a separate toilet.

One of the bedrooms on the ground floor boasts beams and a double bed (160) with a closet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), wardrobe, and TV, as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180) along with a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a natural stone basin and toilet on this floor.

The cottage offers free Wi-Fi and a welcome box of regional products upon arrival. Bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels are available for 5 euros per person per stay. Cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of 50 euros.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious area with a large table and chairs under the shade of trees, perfect for meals and aperitifs in a tranquil setting. There is also a barbecue available for use.

Guests can experience the wildlife of the Sologne Sauvage, including the opportunity to witness deer rutting in close proximity to the cottage, as well as explore the nearby ponds and their inhabitants. The cottage truly embodies the charm of the countryside, reminiscent of the famous character Raboliot.
