Ground floor: As you enter the gite, you will find an entrance hall with a convenient wardrobe to store your belongings. There is also a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. A separate toilet is available for your use. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining room furnished with a home stereo and a piano for your entertainment.1st floor: On the first floor, there is a cozy corner bookcase for you to enjoy your favorite reads. Two bedrooms are provided, each equipped with a cabinet for your storage needs. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. A bathroom with a toilet is also located on this floor for your convenience.
2nd floor: The second floor of the gite is dedicated to a spacious living room and relaxation area. Here, you will find a beautifully crafted timber desk with a comfortable chair and a coffee table for your comfort. Two additional chairs and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people are also available. Entertainment options include cable TV, DVD player, and high-speed internet access. Antique furniture adds a touch of charm to the space.
The gite is conveniently located in a pedestrian street, with all necessary shops and health services nearby. Parking is available in close proximity. Gas heating ensures your comfort during your stay, and an alarm system provides security. Please note that there is no garden available, and smoking is not permitted. Holiday vouchers are accepted, and on request, a baby kit including a cot, high chair, stroller, and more can be provided.
