Description:

Description for B&B:

I am offering a comfortable 12m2 room in a contemporary bungalow with direct access to the garden. The bungalow is located in a residential area called Marly Valenciennes, just 5 minutes away from Valenciennes city center. It is situated in a beautiful green setting overlooking the Rhônelle Valley. Additionally, the house is conveniently located near Valenciennes Aulnoy, a university town.

This is a homestay with foster care, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet facilities are private and measure 6m2 in total.

I provide various services for your convenience, including access to a washing machine, satellite television, use of the family computer in the garden, access to the terrace, bicycle storage and loan, parking facilities, free ADSL telephony within France, and access to the community kitchen. If needed, I can also pick you up from the Valenciennes train station and assist with certain tasks. Additionally, I can offer tourist and cultural advice to enhance your stay.

Breakfast is included in the accommodation, and upon request, I can also provide a bowl of soup for dinner. I am excited to welcome you and make your stay enjoyable!

PS: I have other rooms available on the upper floor at special rates, especially for traveling employees.

J'ai débaptisé notre hôte en l'appelant
" Manimouche " !!!
