Recently built, this villa has been meticulously finished to the highest standards using traditional materials.

Upon entering the house through the covered breakfast terrace, you'll find a hallway that leads to a spacious and inviting sitting room. Furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player, this room offers a perfect space for relaxation. To the left is a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a family dining table and chairs. French doors open onto the garden at the side of the house, while another set of French windows lead to the magnificent front terrace, boasting panoramic views of the curving bay and the ancient citadel of Calvi.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a generous dining area with a table and chairs, which then leads to a large main sitting room. This room features spacious and comfortable white sofas and chairs, and like the rest of the villa, opens onto the front terrace through French windows. The terrace itself is furnished with a large parasol, table, chairs, a gas BBQ, and comfortable sun loungers.

On the ground floor, you'll find three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and French windows that open onto the garden, offering views of the sea. Another bedroom with twin beds is conveniently located next to a lovely bathroom, complete with a large spa bath, basin, and a separate tiled shower. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

An open staircase leads from the hallway to the master suite on the upper level. This luxurious suite features its own balcony with stunning views of Calvi and the mountains. It also boasts a spacious bathroom with a spa bath, basin, and WC. At the back of the house, there is a second balcony that offers fantastic views of the mountains and the picturesque village of Lumio, nestled on the hillside.

Outside, you'll find a delightful swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m, set amidst pleasant grounds with an olive grove.
