Situated in the picturesque Pyrénées region, this charming family cottage offers a breathtaking view at an elevation of 420 meters. Surrounded by a vast 5000m² garden adorned with majestic trees and featuring a lovely terrace, this accommodation is an idyllic retreat. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room measuring 52m², and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, this cottage can comfortably accommodate groups of 13 to 16 guests.Description for Gite
This holiday rental includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious living room features a cozy fireplace and is equipped with a TV and DVD player. There is also a dining room and an office-library with a sofa bed and twin bed. Additionally, there is a toilet on the main floor.Upstairs, you will find five bedrooms, three of which have balconies. There are also two bathrooms and a shower room, as well as a separate toilet. The house is heated with oil central heating.
In the vicinity, there is a bakery and all other shops are conveniently located 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The railway station is 6 km away, offering direct access to Paris. Tennis facilities are available 2 km away, while golf can be enjoyed 6 km from the property. There is also a lake just 500 m away and downhill skiing is accessible within 30 km. For fishing enthusiasts, the Garonne River is nearby.

Continue on the A64 until you reach exit n°17. Once you have paid the toll at Montréjeau, quickly move into the outer lane and follow the green sign indicating Lerida Espagne.

Upon reaching Labroquère, continue straight after the traffic lights and then take the first right turn towards Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house will be the first one on the left, just before the level crossing.
