Description:

Description for B&B:

This house has undergone an impressive restoration in the main street of this charming village. Originally built in 1785 as the Wine storehouses of Thénacuries and the barracks of Napoleon, it boasts a park that was once considered the most beautiful in Europe. After being repurchased by wine growers of pineau and cognac between the two wars, the house was used to store their barrels for over 90 years without any renovations. However, it has now been restored to its former glory over the course of a year.

We wanted to share this exceptional heritage with you by creating comfortable and welcoming lodgings and spacious rooms. These accommodations combine the elegance of antique furniture with the authenticity of stone walls. We also offer longer-stay lodgings for those who wish to explore our beautiful area and its many treasures. Our stables have been restored and transformed to provide a pleasant and authentic setting, complete with a "Hurdy-gurdy France" hood overlooking the fountain where you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine of our region.
