The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004. Situated on a tranquil street in the heart of Villeneuve sur Lot, this guest house offers five beautifully appointed rooms, accommodating up to four people.On the ground floor, you will find the Salle Bastide, a charming living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry room and a delightful inner courtyard adorned with lush plants.
The first floor features two rooms overlooking the courtyard: the Choisy room, ideal for two people, and the Bastérou room, also suitable for two guests. These rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Furthermore, the Plaisance room, with its comfortable sitting area, overlooks the street and accommodates two people.
Ascending to the second floor, you will discover the Gajac room, offering accommodation for two people on the street side. There is also the Parasol room, which can comfortably accommodate two to four people and includes a sitting area overlooking the street. Similar to the first floor, these rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Lastly, the Bourgade room, a cozy attic space suitable for one person, does not have a private bath and can only be rented in conjunction with another room.
Each room at Maison de Velours boasts a cozy and uniquely personalized decor. They are equipped with either twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC, as well as kitchenettes complete with an electric stove, fridge, sink, and all necessary crockery and utensils. Additionally, the rooms feature air conditioning, a TV with stereo/CD capabilities, an interphone for convenience, and Wi-Fi access.
