Welcome to our elegant and spacious gite, boasting large rooms and high ceilings. Every room is exquisitely furnished, providing a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. Inside and outside, there is an abundance of space for you to enjoy.

This magnificent gite offers five generously sized bedrooms, along with baby cots and high chairs if needed. Additionally, it features four bathrooms and five reception rooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The reception rooms include an elegant formal salon, a cozy TV room with SKY satellite TV and entertainment systems, an inviting informal salon, a charming conservatory, and a spacious dining hall. The kitchen is truly a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, fridges, ice-maker, microwave, cooker, oven, and ample kitchen tools. There is also a pantry with a washing machine for your convenience.

Outside, you will find exclusive access to a tennis court and a heated pool. We provide BBQs (both gas and conventional) as well as plenty of outdoor furniture and loungers for your relaxation and enjoyment. The South East tower offers a table tennis setup, while the courtyard is the perfect spot for a game of boules. Inside, you can also have some fun with table football in the large kitchen area.

To ensure your comfort, we provide all necessary linen and towels, including swimming towels. The house is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is also available.

For golf enthusiasts, the excellent Chateau des Vigiers golf course is just a 12-minute drive away. The surrounding area is a haven for nature lovers, with the enchanting Dordogne nearby and picturesque vineyards, charming villages, and vibrant markets all around. The towns of Ste Emillion and Bergerac are just a short drive away, making our gite the perfect base from which to explore the region.
