Located just 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, this furnished 3-star tourist accommodation offers complete independence from the owners. Serenity and independence are guaranteed here, thanks to the spacious garden (1000m²) and the large heated swimming pool (10X4), complete with comfortable deck chairs perfect for relaxation and afternoon naps. Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, depending on weather conditions in May and October.Your suite is situated in the mezzanine of the house, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The entire bottom floor of the house, approximately 80m², is exclusively reserved for your use, allowing for complete independence. Your room features a comfortable 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, there is a large room available for your use, which serves as a dining area during inclement weather. The suite also includes a private bathroom with a shower, a private toilet, and a TV room furnished with a cozy leather sofa.
During good weather, breakfast and meals are served by the pool, providing a delightful dining experience. Table d'hote is available upon request at an additional cost, featuring delectable seafood platters, oysters, and other regional specialties. A parking space is reserved for you within the secured property.
The room rate varies depending on the season, ranging from 75 to 95, and includes breakfast as well as unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. We prioritize the discretion and independence of our guests.
To make a reservation, please contact us via email or telephone after we have sent you the rental contract. A 25% deposit of the total stay price is required to secure your booking.
