RATES (INCLUDING EXPENSES)
The prices for this vacation home vary based on the number of people and the duration of stay. For 4 people, the rate is 100 euros per night or 650 euros per week. For 6 people, the rate is 110 euros per night or 700 euros per week. For 8 people, the rate is 120 euros per night or 750 euros per week. Please note that the house can accommodate up to 8 people, with the additional 2 guests sleeping on a sofa bed in either the office-bearing room or the living room. The advertised prices include all expenses such as electricity, wood heating, gas, water supply, bed linens, towels, and table cloths. The house will be heated upon arrival and complimentary welcome drinks will be provided.

MOUNTAIN RETREAT (620 METERS NEAR BAGNERES DE BIGORRE THERMAL SPA)
Located in the Baronnies region of the Pyrenees, this charming vacation home offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. Surrounded by nature and without any close neighbors, this former farm from 1839 has been beautifully renovated using natural materials and traditional architecture, including wood beams, lime-hemp, and a wood stove. The main house boasts a cozy and personalized decor, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation and reading. It is also equipped with modern amenities such as a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The house is heated with wood, except for the bathroom which uses electricity. Spread across two floors, the first floor features 2 bedrooms, an office-bearing room, and a toilet cabinet, while the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an open fireplace and wood stove, a veranda, a bathroom, a laundry room, a dressing room, and a toilet.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms featuring double beds (one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed), as well as a veranda room with a sofa bed (140cm). Additionally, there is a sofa bed for 2 people in either the office-bearing room or the living room to accommodate 2 extra guests.

With its south-facing orientation, the house receives plenty of sunlight, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast and lunch on the terrace while admiring the mountain views. The property also includes a courtyard and a large sports area spanning 1000 square meters, perfect for relaxation and various outdoor activities.
