This picturesque country cottage is an ideal retreat for hikers, mountain bikers, fishermen, hunters, as well as families and nature enthusiasts looking to unwind. Nestled in a privileged location, it serves as the perfect starting point for numerous hiking trails.

The cottage, located in close proximity to the owners' home, occupies the upper floor. The ground floor is dedicated to laundry facilities and storage for recreational equipment. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two (140 cm), two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed - 140 cm - and the other with a double bed - 140 cm - and two bunk beds - 90 cm), a private bathroom with toilet, and access to a charming balcony.

For your comfort, the cottage features electric heating as well as a fireplace. The kitchen comes complete with all necessary cookware, a microwave, a gas cooker, a mini oven, a fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Entertainment options include a TV, a DVD player, a selection of games, a library, and video games. Upon request, a mobile phone card can also be provided.

Outside, you can enjoy a private courtyard, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow these travel directions:
- Begin in Mazamet and head towards Béziers using Michelin Map: 338-N.
- Before leaving Mazamet, take a left turn towards Pont de l'Arn.
- After that, make a right turn onto the D 54 road in the direction of Angles/Brassac.
- Drive for approximately 6 km and then turn left towards Marican - Mas de la Borie.
- Finally, the house can be found at the end of the third road on the left.
