Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you to their prestigious air-conditioned villa. The property boasts a swimming pool available from April to mid-October, along with a stunning landscaped garden and a vast fenced park of 6300m². There are various recreational activities for guests to enjoy, such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, volleyball, and a playground equipped with a carousel and slide for children. Please note that parental supervision is required for the safety of the children.You have the opportunity to rent the entire property, which includes a four-bedroom villa and additional outbuildings, for a few weeks during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided, and availability can be confirmed by contacting us. It's worth mentioning that we occasionally host our own children and grandchildren, so reservations are recommended.
From September to June, we offer comfortable guest rooms for your stay. The Cezanne-inspired Bed and Breakfast room provides 25 m² of space, an en-suite shower room, and a private terrace with an independent entrance. Additional beds can be arranged upon request. Alternatively, our family suite, featuring two rooms, is ideal for parents traveling with children. This suite offers a large covered terrace and a lounge area in the veranda.
During your stay, a delicious breakfast is included, and you will have access to our shared summer kitchen for preparing snacks. We are more than happy to recommend local restaurants, suggest hiking trails, and provide information on excursions in Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. We even offer day circuit cards and maps for your convenience.

You can rent the entire property during school holidays or by requesting availability, which includes a beautiful single-story villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room with air conditioning. The villa also features a veranda, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. Inside the house, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, and outside, there is a patio with another fully equipped kitchen, complete with a barbecue and plancha.Additionally, the property offers a pool house with toilets, storage for pool and outdoor equipment, and a magnificent swimming pool of 105 m². The pool includes features such as an integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, a swimming current, and a massage nozzle. It has a small flat bath area of about 20 m² in the triangular part, with a gentle slope in the rectangular part ranging from 1 m to 1.80 m in depth. There is also a diving pit of 1.80 m and a small ledge for walking around the pool. The pool is heated by solar panels from April to October, ensuring a comfortable water temperature of 26 to 30 °C in summer and 20 to 25 °C in spring.
Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped park of 6300 m², filled with flowers, pines, and oaks, the property offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The park also has various games for entertainment. Linen is provided for your convenience.
For security, the property is equipped with an electric gate operated by a remote control and a visophone system. The garden watering is automated, ensuring the plants are well taken care of.
A delegate will visit once or twice a week to check the pool and garden, working discreetly. Our cat, Hérane, will remain on the premises during your stay, with a supply of food and water in the garage. However, as she is timid, you may not see her unless you coax her out.

Directions
To get to Villa Victoria from Aix en Provence, head towards Toulon/Roquevaire/Aubagne on either Route National 96 or the Toulon/Nice highway (take the Fuveau exit). Continue until you reach a place called "Jas de Bassas". At the roundabout, turn right towards "Greasque" and then follow the signs for "Saint-Savournin". Villa Victoria is situated on the left side at number 111, just 30 meters past the "Carrosserie du Virage".
