This fully renovated fifteenth-century apartment is located in an authentic Manor on 667 Avenue of Evian Neuvecelle (74500). It can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a north-south orientation, with approximately 150m2 of space.The apartment features a room with a balcony offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, equipped with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate lavatory.
The living room boasts a large bay window with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. It also includes a decorative fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa.
There are three additional bedrooms in the apartment. Bedroom 2 also offers views of the lake and mountains and has a decorative fireplace, while Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 have a single bed each.
For convenience, the apartment provides a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hotplates, an oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer.

The coordinates for the destination are 46° N latitude and 3971° E longitude. It is situated approximately 1 hour away from Geneva and 1 hour away from the nearest motorway. Upon reaching Evian, follow the signs leading to the renowned Royal Hotel Manor. The Manor is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the hotel entrance. You can park your vehicle in the parking area situated in front of the hotel entrance, on the opposite side of the roundabout. From there, it is just a short 50-meter walk to reach the Manor.
