Experience the charm of the Montlouis sur Loire vineyards and the Castle Road by renting this cozy small house, nestled at the foot of the hills.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 30 m² living room and a convenient toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom measuring 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine, as well as a bathroom with a toilet.
The main room boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and TV. Enjoy dining outside on the lovely terrace, complete with garden furniture.
For families traveling with young children, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
This location is ideal, just 15 km away from the famous Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to the Loire River bike path, located only 100 m from the house. A cooperative cellar and gourmet restaurant can be found just 150 m away, while shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are a short 5 km drive. Mini-Chateaux and the Touraine Aquarium are just a 10-minute drive away, and both the Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are within an hour's reach.
Getting to the house is convenient, as it is easily accessible from the A10 motorway and the TGV station, only 9 km away.
Optional services include bed linen rental (10 for regular beds and 6 for single beds, please specify when booking), towel rental (5 per person, including a bath towel, towel, and washcloth), and a end-of-stay cleaning package (40 ).
Weekend rentals are also available, with prices starting at 100 for a 2-day stay, and 150 for a 3-day stay.
Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival. Additionally, there is a small tax surcharge of 0.50 per person, per day. Please note that pets are not allowed.

To reach your destination, you can take either the A10 motorway or the train. If you choose the A10, take the exit for A10 or A85, and it will take you approximately 10 minutes to reach the train station.
