The famous Voiron Chartreuse cellars in Parmenie are just a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the house is near the picturesque Chambarans park and Lake Paladru, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and leisurely walks in the nearby forest.The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed, while the second bedroom features two 90-sized beds and a crib. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. The bathroom is complete with a luxurious spa shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience. The dining room and lounge area are equipped with a TV and internet access for entertainment purposes.
