This newly built villa is located just 3 or 4 km away from the beautiful sea and only 1 km from the medieval village of BIOT, which is famous for its glassware and Marineland. Situated between the popular cities of Antibes, Monaco/Nice, and Cannes, this Provencal villa offers a spacious living area of 160 sqm spread over two levels. The villa is surrounded by a charming garden of 1500 m² filled with ancient olive trees, providing a tranquil and serene environment. Although there is no pool, the villa offers a stunning view of the hills and ensures a peaceful atmosphere.Upstairs, you will find two clean rooms and a bathroom with a separate entrance for added privacy. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, and there is an attic with a library and WIFI access. The bathroom is well-stocked with housekeeping services, linen, and towels provided.
Guests have free access to the terrace, garden, and barbecue area, which can be used during specific hours. Additionally, a delicious homemade breakfast is included, featuring a variety of treats such as jam, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, and tea.
