Welcome to Le Mas des Arts in Peymeinade, located just 45 minutes from Nice airport. Our charming bed and breakfast is situated 7 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes, offering easy access to the stunning Cote d'Azur-Alpes Maritimes region.Within our Provencal mas, you will find two bedrooms and a family suite, all boasting panoramic views of the picturesque hills of Grasse and the beautiful Cabris farm. Our peaceful and natural location also offers convenient parking on the property.
Le Mas des Arts is the perfect base to explore our magnificent region, with its array of enchanting perched villages and opportunities to enjoy the sun and sea. Additionally, we are in close proximity to Lake St Cassien, where you can partake in fishing or rent a pedal boat. Other nearby attractions include the perfume capital of Grasse, the bustling city of Cannes with its famous festival and shopping, the charming art galleries of St Paul de Vence, and the lovely markets of Tourrettes-Valbonne and Fayence.
If you are flying into the area, rest assured that our bed and breakfast is just a 45-minute drive from Nice Airport. And to start your day off right, we serve a delicious homemade breakfast on the terrace, allowing you to savor the breathtaking panoramic view.

To reach our house from Nice airport, it will take approximately 45 minutes.
If you are coming from Grasse, which is about 15 minutes away, take the D2562 road towards Draguignan. Drive through the village of Peymeinade and continue for 1km. After passing the Fiat garage on your right, turn left onto Avenue de Peygros, following the signpost for "Le Mas des Arts." Continue for 2km and you will find our house at number 219 on the left.
If you are coming from the Avignon-Nice motorway, take exit 39 towards Fayence. Follow the road along Lake St. Cassien in the direction of Grasse. Pass through Val du Tignet and Peymeinade, and after 200m from the sign, turn right onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for approximately 2km and you will reach our house at number 219.
If you are traveling from the Napoleon Road (Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier), after leaving St Vallier de Thiey, turn right onto D4 towards Cabris. Cross Cabris and follow the signs for Spéracédes - Peymeinade. When you reach the roundabout of the Valley of Tignet, turn left and after 200 meters from the Peymeinade sign, turn right onto Avenue de Peygros. Drive for 2km and you will find our house at number 219.
