This charming 18th century stone house is the perfect vacation rental for a group of 10-13 people. With a south-facing orientation, it offers a lovely view and spans across 140 square meters. The house features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area with a fireplace that has heat recovery, and four comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of two with double beds (160cm), six with single beds (90cm), and there is also a baby cot available. Additionally, there is one bathroom with a shower, one bathroom with a hydromassage tub, and two toilets.

Outside, the property boasts an enclosed land of 800 square meters, a 50 square meter terrace (including a half-sized pool), and a garage. The house has been beautifully renovated while preserving its authentic charm, including stone walls, a bread oven, French-style wooden ceilings, wooden floors, and exposed beams. The decoration is refined, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Travel Directions to Chalmazel, Dimini, Loire, Rhone-Alpes, France:

From Clermont-Ferrand:
- Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
- Continue on the county road until you reach Noirétable D1089.
- Follow the directions to St-Jean-la-Vetri, Jeansagnière, and then take D101 towards Chalmazel.
- Two kilometers before reaching the village of Chalmazel, turn right and take the paved road on the left (Dimini).
- Proceed to the center of the village and continue on the cemented path on the left. You have arrived!

From Lyon:
- Take the A7 towards St-Etienne and then continue on A72.
- Exit at Feurs.
- Follow D1089 (Feurs direction) until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- Two kilometers after Boen-sur-Lignon, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6).
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive approximately 6 miles (2 km) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Continue to the center of the village and take the cemented road on the right. You have arrived!

Through Roanne:
- Take D8 towards St-Germain-Laval until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- Two kilometers after Boen-sur-Lignon, turn left onto the departmental road towards Chalmazel (D6).
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive approximately 6 miles (2 km) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Continue to the center of the hamlet and follow the cemented path. You have arrived!
