City Soulac is situated in the northwestern region of the Gironde department, within the historical province of Guyenne and the Médoc. It is conveniently positioned near the Pointe de Grave, which signifies the northern extremity of the Landes de Gascogne. The city's coastal area lies along the Silver Coast, also known as Côte de Beauté if we consider the boundary to be the tip of Negad, found at the southern part of the town. This coastal region comprises of sandy beaches adorned with dunes. Additionally, the town encompasses portions covered by lush pine forests, while a marsh occupies its eastern end. Notably, City Soulac boasts two coastlines, one facing the vast Atlantic Ocean and the other overlooking the picturesque Gironde estuary.Reviews
