Welcome to our holiday cottage in Arces-sur-Gironde, a charming rural village in the beautiful Charente Maritime - Royan Hill Country. Located on the right bank of the Gironde estuary, our cottage is just 4 kilometers away from the sea, with the nearest beaches being 8 kilometers away.We are delighted to offer various amenities for your little one, including a free baby cot with a 5cm mattress, a bath, a bottle warmer, a stroller suitable for ages 0-3, baby diapers, and a highchair.
There is a wide range of activities to enjoy in the Royan and its surrounding region. From visiting the Palmyre zoo, exploring mountain bike trails, and indulging in spa treatments in Saujon and Jonzac, to experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Rochelle and Franco follies, playing golf at the renowned 18-hole course, and enjoying water sports at the marina, there is something for everyone. Other activities include tennis, swimming, fishing, casino, cinema, bars, nightclubs, and children's clubs.
The region offers numerous opportunities for discovery. Explore the historic 1950s charm of Royan, visit the famous Grande Côte in Saint Palais sur Mer, discover the estuary house in Vaux sur Mer, explore the troglodyte caves in Meschers and the Fâ archaeological site, and visit the village of Talmont and the church in Arces. We offer special rates throughout the year for curists, with a 10% discount valid for 3 consecutive weeks. Please note that this offer is not available during the months of July and August.
We accept checks and pets under certain conditions. Linen rental and paid or free services are available. Nearby shops can be found in Arces center (300m) and Cozes (4 km), with a larger market in Royan (15 km). WiFi internet and phone services are also available.
During the winter period (October to April), the cost of heating is added to the rental price.
We provide practical information booklets about our cottage and local tourism for your convenience.

Trés belle maison de vacances accueillante et très bien situé, pour des vacances au top.
Très bonne prestation
Le Gite a été parfais pour notre petite famille. 2 Adultes et 2 enfants avec tout confort. Quoi demander de plus car les plages ne sont pas loin et ont pas eu les désagrements du bord de mer avec son affluence.
