The stone house consists of two recently renovated apartments, each measuring 45 m2. Each apartment has its own access to a terrace and garden, providing complete independence. Situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2, the property offers a swimming pool and private parking, exclusively available for the guests of these apartments. The location is serene, nestled in a quiet village near the picturesque beaches of southern Corsica, with the closest beach being approximately 8km away. For easy exploration, popular destinations such as Bonifacio (15km) and Porto Vecchio (15km) are within reach (please refer to the location on my website). The swimming pool, measuring 8.5 m X 4.1 m and 1.1 m to 2 m in depth, is securely shared only between the two apartments, ensuring adequate parking space as well. The pool water is salt-treated, providing a pleasant bathing experience with a salinity of 3 grams per liter (10 times less than the sea).Reviews
