Description for Gite
Experience the charm and elegance of Le Manoir du Buisson Perron, a stunning 18th century manor house available for exclusive rental. This exquisite property boasts a large heated swimming pool (available from May to October), a beautiful garden, and expansive grounds. The name of this house is derived from a historic equestrian event organized by King René d'Anjou in the 15th century, near his Castle of Launay, known as Le Pas du Perron. Situated close to a forest, this grand residence features 8 spacious rooms, including 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms or showers, adorned with both modern comforts and antique furnishings throughout. The house also offers a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a separate laundry area with washing and drying machines. Outside, the vast garden spans over 2 hectares and features a 12x5-meter swimming pool on a terrace adjacent to the house. The property is conveniently located just 5 kilometers from the center of Saumur, with supermarkets situated a mere 2 kilometers away. Ideally positioned in the heart of the Loire Valley, Le Manoir du Buisson Perron is the perfect base for exploring the renowned castles of France and the vineyards of the Loire Valley.Reviews
