Our traditional stone Holiday Cottage, known as "gîte de la Motte," offers an independent and spacious living space of 80m². It is the perfect place for a delightful and relaxing holiday with your family, friends, or partner.Located in the heartland of the Arthurian Broceliande forest, this area is a paradise for history and legend enthusiasts. Explore the wonders of Merlin's Grave, the Fountain of Youth, Hotié de Vivianne, the castle of the Lady of the Lake, and the mystical Valley of No Return.
Additionally, this region is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts, including walkers, cyclists, and adventure seekers. The Broceliande area offers a wide range of activities such as hiking, horseback riding, pony trekking, visiting standing stones, enjoying water activities at the leisure activity base by the lake, canoeing, playing mini-golf, and exploring the adventure playground.
The rental price for our Holiday Cottage ranges from 350€ to 450€ per week. For those looking for a shorter stay, we offer a bed and breakfast option for 80€.

Directions
To reach the destination, you can take the road option. It will take approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes from Paris using the Highway A11, or 40 minutes from Rennes using the RN24.
Once you reach Plélan-le-grand, take the exit and pass through the city until you see a sign on the right indicating the direction towards the city of Paimpont (D38). Continue driving through the forest, and when you reach the middle, make a right turn onto D40, following the signs for Saint-Peran. La Croix Perrault is located after the hamlet of Trédéal.
