Description for B&B:
LEnvolée, a bed and breakfast recently acquired by Michèle Steenhuyse, is a charming stone house located at the entrance of Belvianes et Cavirac, a picturesque village in Aude. Situated between the Mediterranean and the mountains, and conveniently positioned between Perpignan (70kms) and Carcassonne (50kms), this village offers breathtaking scenery and is nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees, making it an ideal destination for exploring the famous Cathar castles. With Michèle's expertise in the international tourism and hotel industry, LEnvolée exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Michèle is fluent in six languages and will greet you with open arms. The guesthouse is bright and filled with charm and refinement.
Each morning, a traditional breakfast is served, with a different selection offered daily. While LEnvolée does not provide table d'hotes, Michèle will gladly recommend nearby restaurants. The guestrooms, named Colombe, Mésange, LOrientale (formerly known as Nostalgie), and Colibri, offer a romantic ambiance and stunning views of the mountains and village. Additionally, there is a terrace with a barbecue and a sunken garden for guests to enjoy. The lounge is available for relaxation, and if desired, satellite TV in your preferred language can be accessed.
The spacious and bright bedrooms are equipped with ensuite shower rooms and toilets. Single, double, triple, and even a large family room are available. Upstairs, a convenient "kitchenette" with a fridge, microwave, hob, and kettle is at your disposal for a quick snack or drink.
Description for Gite
The charming cottage accommodates a maximum of four individuals and features a compact kitchenette. It offers convenient access to both the terrace and the lush garden.Reviews
