Our three rooms have direct access to a private lounge of 16m2, which leads to the outdoor common areas including the garden, terrace, barbecue, and pool. Each room can accommodate 2 people and is equipped with a double bed (140x190), an LCD TV, free WiFi access, desks, and storage units. The bathrooms are independent and private.

Depending on the number of people traveling together, we offer three suites:
- Suite Louis: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, for 2 persons (29m2): prices range from 90-95 / night.
- Suite Alexander: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, for 3-4 persons (43 m2): prices range from 150-170 / night.
- Suite Marie: 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, for 5-6 people (57 m2): prices range from 200-225 / night.

These suites feature en-suite baths, a shower room, and separate private toilets.

A gourmet breakfast is included and served from 8 to 9:30 am. You can enjoy it on the terrace under the shade of the wisteria or in the family dining room. Our homemade yoghurts, jams, and pastries made from local products are highly recommended. We also provide fresh fruit, organic fruit juice, breads, and honey directly from our local producers.

You can relax in our fenced garden surrounded by fruit trees and Mediterranean species. There is also a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) for your enjoyment. Additionally, we offer a barbecue area with a griddle, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. If you prefer to have your evening meal in the garden, we have a picnic table available. We can also assist you in choosing nearby restaurants.

We provide bicycles, outdoor games, and board games for your entertainment. Furthermore, we offer a guided tour of a vineyard called "Côtes du Roussillon Villages" conducted by a passionate winemaker who loves his land. After the visit, you can enjoy a free tasting. Please note that the visit requires a reservation at least 72 hours in advance and costs 5 per person. The duration of the visit is approximately 2 hours.

Mas au calme, à 15 mn de Perpignan, dans l'arrière-pays. Accueil des plus chaleureux. Des spécialités maison à déguster et des propriétaires très disponibles. Martine et Bernard
