CINNAMON is our cozy house located on the ground floor of our AZUR FRAGRANCES villa in Mougins. It can accommodate up to 12 people and is available for you to enjoy throughout the year. As you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful terrace and garden, providing the perfect space for relaxation, smoking, playing cards, or having conversations. In the summer, you can enjoy your breakfast and meals on the terrace, which can also be used for hosting custom dining experiences or savoring grilled dishes using the barbecue and firewood provided. Additionally, Christian runs a pizzeria every night during the summer, while Sabrina organizes special dessert nights to delight your children. There are plenty of entertainment options available for everyone, including karaoke nights and cartoon movie screenings in the living room, as well as swings, a slide, and a swimming pool with sun umbrellas in the garden.

Throughout the year, we, along with our children, reside in the house and will be present to welcome you. Our large living room, called "Amber," features a fireplace and serves as a common space for breakfast or dining together. We are more than happy to provide you with information about the region, including recommendations for visits, walks, and other activities.

The neighborhood is peaceful, surrounded by villas, and offers convenient amenities such as shopping stores, a heated municipal swimming pool in Mougins, bus stops, fitness facilities, bakeries, restaurants, and the nearby beaches of Cannes. Other attractions worth exploring include the Lerins Islands, the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, and the golf course. We also have access to the heated municipal pool "Campelières" in Mougins, which is open year-round, along with the adjacent Cannes Higher Dance School "Rosella Hightover."

CINNAMON is a cozy cottage located on the first floor of our charming villa, offering a beautiful view of the garden and pool. With a spacious area of approximately 20 m2, it is perfect for accommodating 2 guests (with an option to add an extra bed for an additional fee of 15). We also provide a "baby" umbrella bed for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.

The cottage features an en suite shower, sink, and a well-equipped kittchinette including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric cooking facilities. The toilet is separate and shared, located in the hallway.

As our guest, you will also have access to the ground floor of our villa, where you can enjoy a communal main terrace furnished with tables and chairs for your meals. We provide a barbecue for your grilling needs and a lovely garden with swings, a slide, and children's games. Additionally, a communal pool with comfortable deckchairs is available for your relaxation.

The Cottage Studio CINNAMON offers a comfortable sleeping arrangement with a double bed measuring 180 cm (which can be separated into two 90 cm mattresses if desired). There is a possibility to add an extra bed for children aged 3 and above for a fee of 20. A cot for children under 3 years old is also available upon request, free of charge. The cottage is equipped with ample storage cupboards, a dresser, dining table with two chairs, a TV, and free wifi throughout the entire villa.

Free parking is available in our copropriété, and the surrounding area is conveniently surrounded by shops. Cannes and its beautiful beaches can be reached within a 20-minute drive.
